SOUND HEALING
sound healing is a powerful ancient practice that uses various sound healing instruments (e.g., drums, shakers, flutes, singing bowls...) to guide you along a meditative sound bath journey, to support your overall health and well-being.
soft and subtle, sound healing is a powerful force that gently guides us inward. it offers a tender invitation to the self, to slowly open to receive nourishment. this nourishment delicately balances the nervous system while supporting emotional well-being and more.
this is your invitation to join me for a virtual sound healing session where you can experience the soft, subtle, yet powerful nature of sound healing.

CRAFT AND SOUND
Craft and Sound is specifically designed for textile artists and makers (e.g., weavers, crocheters, knitters, quilt makers, embroidery artists...) to connect deeper to their textile practice through the meditative experience of sound healing.
we’ll begin by opening the space for textile artists and makers to chat about any past and/or current projects in a supportive space (optional). We’ll then ease into the sound bath where guests can craft and relax or simply rest while drifting along a beautiful sound healing journey.
